Abstract

With the development of information technology nowadays, it has not been optimized to penetrate the business through expanding marketing through E-Commerce The potential for developing and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to the younger generation in RW 15, Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri Teras Pancasila, Tangerang City is very large. One of the reasons for its strategic location as the entrance route to the west of Jakarta. However, product marketing activities have not been optimally implemented. The purpose of this training is to improve MSME Management Management, which is expected to increase its business in marketing products and using E-Commerce optimally. In this training, the on the spot method to the business field is used, the method of observation and interviews, the method of discussion and question and answer, as well as the provision of materials and practices for improving business planning management Marketing management management (ECommerce). Several participants were also asked to explain the results of their business plans. The hope is that the results of the evaluation of 25 training participants generally show an increase in knowledge and understanding after being given Marketing and E-commerce materials to improve the management of MSME management in RW15 Kampung Teras Pancasila Tangerang

Abstract

Realizing the implementation of Tri Dharma Higher Education in the field of Community Service lecturers- lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Mpu Tantular University in collaboration with the Head of Sukaharja Village carried out community service activities in the form of Real Work Lectures (KKN) Thematic 2021 on Saturday &Sunday, January 16-17, 2021 at the Sukaharja II Kp Elementary School (SD). Cipeuteuy Rt. 002/001, Sukaharja Village Kec. Sukamakmur, Bogor Regency. The number of participants of this activity is one hundred and forty-one participants with details of ten lecturers as resource persons, five small and medium-sized micro enterprises (MSMEs), one BPD, one LPM thirty-six posyandu, thirty-six PKK people, one MUI, one Linmas, Rt thirty-eight people and twelve people from Rw. This activity is divided into two stages with each of the seventy-one participants each counseling while maintaining health protocols. The target of community service is to realize the general community about the importance of financial arrangement and marketing of businesses and especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of culinary or food businesses. The result achieved in community service this time is that the community is getting smarter in managing the finances and marketing of workshop and welding businesses.

Abstract

The technological developments that are happening nowadays are growing rapidly. All aspects of human life in their activities use information technology as a tool to facilitate and accelerate activities carried out. On the other hand, competition in the economic sector is also getting tougher. All producers are competing in marketing their products to consumers. The era of information technology using internet networks makes the distortion of time and space meaningless. Marketing is an important aspect of economic activity. The combination of good marketing concepts with technology makes producers more reliable in maintaining their existence. The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is flourishing in Indonesia. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2016, MSMEs contributed 60.34% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and 89.2 percent of labor absorption. Many home industry MSMEs are growing and have a contribution to the economy. However, the contribution of MSMEs to the value of Indonesian exports has only reached 14.17% of the total exports. This data shows that the role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is very large. However, with the current development of information technology, it has not been optimized for business penetration through expanding marketing through digital media

Abstract

The potential for developing and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit for the younger generation in RW 15, Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri (KSM) Teras Pancasila, which is assisted by the Office of Cooperatives & MSMEs, Tangerang City, Banten Province, is enormous. One of the reasons for its strategic location as the entrance route to the west of Jakarta. However, the development and fostering of entrepreneurial spirit is still not optimal because the level of education of most of the target audience is high school graduates who rarely or may never get knowledge of entrepreneurship and business management. Many potential creative ideas for running a business have not been explored optimally either. The purpose of this MSME Management Management Improvement Training is expected to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of the young generation so that they always have thoughts of improving their own business by making good use of existing resources and capital to create products, innovating packaging of goods that have economic value. For those who have not started it are expected to be more courageous in opening various businesses but in a well-planned manner.
